Shariq Hasan facilitated a series of five day HAZOP session for a US$400M mineral processing facility which my team designed and constructed. The HAZOP was attended by operators, engineers and management from the client team, as well as the project team representatives. Shariq skillfully guided the meeting, managed the discussions to keep the process moving forward so that the sessions could be completed in a reasonable time. The reporting was clear and concise, and its my opinion that the sessions contributed to the overall safety of the operation now in production.
